Finca El Roble, owned by the Arrieta family, is an excellent place for bird watching because it has a combination of different ecosystems: open areas, dry forests, and wetlands, where a lot of species of birds will rest during migration. This is the place to be for any bird watcher or nature lover. The tour takes about 3 hours and includes a traditional breakfast. This breakfast features a long-time gastronomic tradition of the Guanacaste area, which could be related to the inhabitants’ longevity, known as the blue zone. The cowboy heritage (Sabanero) is an undeniable characteristic of Guanacaste province. During our adventure, you will see and learn more about the lives of the men and women supporting the country’s agricultural activities.
