Tapanti | Hacienda Orosi
Are you looking for the rainforest at its best? Tapanti National Park is considered one of the wettest parks in Costa Rica, with more than 150 rivers flowing from the heart of it. It is also home to the largest mammal in the country, the tapir. These unique animals, closely related to rhinoceroses and horses, are endangered due to hunting and deforestation. We will hike in this spectacular area for approximately 2 hours. Relax after this incredible ecological in one of the many natural hot spring pools of Hacienda Orosi. This place combines the forest with a great view of the volcanoes of Costa Rica. Enjoy the delicious gastronomy during lunch of the organic products from the Orosi Valley.
